China Buying Agent

Buying from China: from product links to warehouse delivery

Send your shopping list

Add one or more product links with quantities, estimated prices and clear size, color or model requirements. Combined merchandise must exceed CNY 500 per request. Choose our China warehouse or provide your designated warehouse address.

Review the purchasing quote

Pay a CNY 5 deposit for each product link when submitting. A purchaser checks availability and provides the original price, agreed price, domestic delivery charges and purchasing commission for your review.

Approve the quote and pay

Review the merchandise charge, any negotiation savings, domestic delivery, 1.5% service commission and deposit credit. Confirm payment using available non-PayPal funds before purchasing begins.

Follow delivery to your warehouse

Track purchasing and shipment progress in your account. Delivery to our warehouse creates a parcel pre-alert; warehouse receipt is confirmed after actual arrival. Delivery to another warehouse uses the address you supplied.

Start with one item

Single-item buying & forwarding

For a genuine single-item purchase with onward shipping, there is no minimum merchandise amount. Send us the product link, item requirements and delivery country. Our team will confirm the arrangement and a quotation before you pay.

The item price, agreed purchasing service charge, domestic delivery, packing and international shipping remain payable. Standard purchase projects use the usual combined merchandise minimum of more than CNY 500; contact our team to arrange the single-item exception.

Local sourcing: pre-owned goods, dried foods & tea

Looking for second-hand clothing, phones, tablets or laptops, or dried foods and tea from China? Share your requirements and budget. We help find local supplier options, compare offers and coordinate purchasing after you approve the quote.

Second-hand clothing

Tell us the clothing types, season, sizes, preferred condition, quantity and budget. We can help look for individual items or bulk lots and clarify sorting, packing, lot weight and available item photos before purchase.

Pre-owned phones, tablets & laptops

Specify brands, models, storage, memory, quantities and your target condition. Ask for available battery health, function-test and repair-history information, account-lock status, accessories and warranty terms so you can compare offers before deciding.

Local dried foods

Source products such as dried mushrooms, dried fruit, nuts and other regional dry foods. Tell us the ingredients or product names, origin preferences, quantities and pack sizes. We help clarify available labels, ingredients, shelf life and storage information with sellers.

Chinese tea & regional specialties

Look for loose-leaf, compressed or bagged teas from local suppliers. Share the tea type, preferred origin, grade, harvest or production date, packaging and budget. Sample collection can help you compare options before a larger purchase.

Start with product names, reference photos or links, quantities, budget and delivery country. Review supplier options, item condition and the full quote before purchase. Goods can go to our China warehouse or your chosen warehouse; onward shipping is arranged separately after checking the goods and destination.

Know the cost before you buy

Can you help find products if I do not have a seller link?

Yes. Email customer_support@fromchinahub.com with product names or reference photos, quantities, budget and delivery country. We review your needs and look for suitable supplier options. Confirm the selected products and purchasing quote before placing your purchase request.

Does each product link need to exceed CNY 500?

No. The requirement applies to the combined merchandise amount across all links in one purchase request, which must be strictly more than CNY 500. Exactly CNY 500 does not qualify. The confirmed available merchandise must also meet this minimum.

What happens to the CNY 5 link deposit?

Each link requires a CNY 5 deposit, credited toward purchased goods. For customer-requested cancellation, the service charge is CNY 2.50 per link before eligible VIP discounts; the rest of the deposit is refunded. Unavailable items are refunded after staff verification.

How is the purchasing total calculated?

The total includes the merchandise charge, domestic delivery and a 1.5% commission on the agreed merchandise price, less the credited link deposits. The quotation lists each amount before you approve payment.

How are negotiated savings shared?

When the originally quoted merchandise total exceeds CNY 10,000, savings successfully negotiated with the seller are shared equally: 50% for you and 50% for the agency. Your merchandise charge includes the agency share, which is shown separately in the quote. For smaller purchases, negotiated savings reduce your merchandise charge in full.

Can I pay for purchases with PayPal funds?

No. Purchasing deposits and merchandise payments require available non-PayPal funds. PayPal funds may be used for logistics and other supported services. Ask staff to verify any balance whose source is unconfirmed.

Domestic delivery, warehouse services and international shipping are separate charges. Review the relevant quote or published fee before confirming.

Collecting

China Collecting & Domestic Handover

For customers in Africa, the Middle East and worldwide who already have a freight agent or receiving warehouse in China.

Tell us what is arriving

Submit a parcel pre-alert with each supplier tracking number and your Client ID or shipping mark. Use the receiving address in your customer account. Staff confirm receipt after the goods arrive.

Check, organize and pack

Review receiving photos and parcel details. Request measurement, sorting, consolidation or stronger packaging as needed. Confirm the applicable service fees and the final package weight and dimensions.

Choose domestic delivery or collection

Enter your agent warehouse address in mainland China and compare available domestic channels. For Take out(platform returning), staff contact you to coordinate your agent, driver or platform return courier collecting from our warehouse.

Sample collection & forwarding to you

Gather samples from different Chinese suppliers at one warehouse, then have them forwarded together to your own address so you can compare products before placing a larger order.

  1. Ask each supplier to send samples with your Client ID or shipping mark. Add the tracking numbers to your parcel pre-alerts so arrivals can be matched to your account.

  2. Review receiving photos and parcel details, then request sorting, consolidation or protective packing. Keep supplier and product labels clear for easier comparison when your samples arrive.

  3. Once the samples you need have arrived, enter your delivery address and customs declaration, compare available shipping channels and confirm the packing and freight charges before dispatch.

Can you collect samples from several suppliers and send them to me?

Yes. Send your samples to the warehouse address in your account. We receive and organize them, and you can request consolidation before forwarding to your own address. Shipping options and charges depend on the goods, destination and final package measurements.

Can I keep using my own international freight agent?

Yes. We receive and prepare your goods in China, then hand them over to your nominated agent. Your agent handles the onward international shipment under your separate agreement.

Can you help hand over a platform return?

Yes. Provide the approved return details and arrange the platform courier or agent with staff. Platform return approval, insurance eligibility and reimbursement are decided by the seller, platform or insurer; pickup does not guarantee a refund.

What should I check before confirming?

Review packing, storage, delivery or collection charges separately. Availability depends on measured packages, destination and carrier acceptance of the declared goods. Your own agent onward freight is not included.

FORWARDING

Forwarding: from parcel to international shipment

01

Choose your service before sending goods

Use Forwarding to send parcels to our warehouse for onward shipping, consolidation or splitting. For SKU inventory and repeated unit-based orders, use Fulfillment. Check the warehouse address and your Client ID in the customer center. Use the shipping calculator to compare services and estimated costs before sending goods.

02

Notify us of a parcel or request collection

If you send the parcel yourself, enter its marking, domestic tracking number and customer name in the pre-alert. A name, phone number, Client ID or another account identifier can be used as the marking. Staff may identify unannounced parcels from their labels, but unclear ownership needs confirmation. A pre-alert helps receiving go smoothly.

For collection, provide the pickup address, contact, phone and estimated weight and dimensions of each box. A quote is free; submitting the request charges CNY 15 per shipment. Domestic freight is charged separately using the verified chargeable weight. Guangzhou is the receiving warehouse; the reference rate uses the calculator’s Guangzhou-origin provincial pricing. Your address is the pickup location. Staff confirms warehouse arrival after actual freight is charged.

03

Check warehouse arrival and request measurement

Check the shipment, packages and receiving photos under Arrived at warehouse. Select a shipment and request measurement when needed: CNY 2 per waybill. Staff records quantities, weight, dimensions and cargo type. Once complete, the package column shows each box and the timeline shows measurement completion and its time. Estimates do not replace staff-confirmed data.

04

Enter the recipient address and declaration

Use the address button to check the country, full address, city, state, postal code and phone number. Email is optional but recommended and may belong to the recipient. Use the address book or recognize pasted text or an image, then check every field before saving. US quotes require a valid ZIP code; remote-area rules and service restrictions affect availability.

Open the declaration editor. Each item needs Chinese and English product names, quantity and unit price in USD; HS code, brand, material and use are optional. Review line subtotals and the total, and reuse or save a declaration template. Customers may leave the entire declaration blank for staff to complete from the actual goods and clearance requirements. If you enter it yourself, complete all required fields accurately.

05

Request consolidation or splitting when needed

Consolidation combines parcels into a new shipment; splitting creates new shipments according to your instructions. Select eligible warehouse records, describe the work and check the fee before submitting. Follow progress in the consolidation or splitting section. Once complete, check the new waybills, linked original records and updated package data. Do not ship the historical child records again.

06

Choose a service, review costs and submit shipping

In the freight or shipping dialog, verify the destination, cargo type, measurements, service and cost breakdown before confirming payment. A quote is not a shipment. A paid submission deducts your balance and creates a Finance entry. Keep sufficient funds as prompted. Follow Coordination in Progress and the later shipping stages; track with the carrier number once it is available.

07

Changes, interception and support

Use the shipment Chat to discuss changes after submission. Eligible shipments offer an interception attempt for CNY 2.50, non-refundable regardless of outcome and with no guarantee of success. Successful interception refunds 95% of paid international freight under the rules; service and interception fees are not refunded. The shipment returns to Arrived at warehouse only after staff confirms its return. Check Finance for the refund.

FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment: from product setup to shipping from stock

01

Create a Warehouse ID and SKU

In Create Warehouse ID, create a record for each product with a distinct SKU, specification category, cargo type, unit weight and dimensions, plus a clear reference photo. Separate colors, sizes or variants into distinct records where appropriate. Creating an ID does not add stock. Available quantities come from staff-confirmed receiving records.

02

Send an inbound notice so the warehouse can prepare

Use the inbound notice to describe the expected products, approximate quantities, tracking details and any supplier or packaging notes. It is an advance notice only: it neither adds stock nor charges receiving fees on estimated quantities. If the supplier sends a different quantity, warehouse counting and registration determine the actual record. Label parcels so staff can identify the customer and SKU.

03

Review actual receiving and its charges

After checking the product, counting and basic inspection, staff confirms receipt and adds stock. Review the batch, quantity, staff member, time and photos in the receiving or Entry Records page. Each actual stock addition costs CNY 2.50 + units × CNY 0.1 + max(total kg, total cm³ ÷ 6000) × CNY 0.1. Counting and basic inspection are included. Check the charge in Finance.

Example: receive 100 units weighing 20 kg with a total volume of 180,000 cm³. Dimensional weight is 30 kg. Receiving costs 2.50 + 100 × 0.1 + 30 × 0.1 = CNY 15.50. This is the receiving service fee, separate from storage and outbound shipping.

04

Resolve arrival issues before using affected stock

Damage, incorrect goods or batch differences appear in Problem Arriving. Affected units are held outside available stock while normal units may be received. Review photos and notes and reply with your preference; staff resolves receipt, return, storage under a new SKU or disposal. Return and new-SKU handling create tasks charged at CNY 10 + CNY 0.25 per unit. Disposal currently has no service charge but still requires a task. A request is not proof of completion.

05

Select stock and quantities for this shipment

In Select and Ship Out, filter by Warehouse ID, SKU or other fields. Check the photo, specification and available quantity, then enter the quantity to ship. Do not exceed available stock; zero-stock products must be received first. Products can share one shipment only when their specification category and cargo type match. Otherwise, submit separate shipments.

06

Check the address, declaration, service and payment

Enter accurate recipient details or use the address book. Review quantities, total weight and volume, select an available service and inspect the cost breakdown. Confirmation charges freight plus the shipment’s service fee, deducts the selected stock and creates a shipping record. Edit the declaration there or reuse saved declarations; these feed the YunExpress export. Before carrier submission, check complete Chinese and English names, quantities and USD unit prices.

07

Follow stock and shipment progress

Use Warehouse in processing to review preparation and the shipment’s SKU details, then In Shipping after staff confirms handover. Read the current fee and refund notice before attempting interception. An interception request does not restore stock; staff must confirm its return. Entry Records shows stock movements and Finance shows charges and refunds. Storage free time is counted per batch; new arrivals do not reset older stock’s free period.

Common questions and pre-submission checks

Cannot find a service or action?

Services must be enabled for your account, and actions depend on shipment status. Contact staff with your Client ID and internal ID or waybill number. Do not create duplicate accounts or repeatedly pay for the same action.

Questions about measurements, addresses or charges?

First check box or unit measurements, the postal address, cost breakdown and Finance entries, then use the shipment Chat. Create a Ticket for issues needing separate follow-up. Dimensions use cm and weights use kg; declaration prices use USD, while account balances and the ¥ fees in this guide use CNY.

Direct Forwarding

Your first shipment, from quote request to delivery.

Request a quote →
When to use this service

Goods ship directly from their current location without entering our warehouse, so no warehouse storage fees apply. For storage, consolidation, splitting or SKU inventory, choose Forwarding or Fulfillment.

When will I be charged?

Requesting or confirming a quote does not charge your balance. Confirmation creates a pickup record. Freight is settled later, once per shipment, and recorded in Finance.

01

Prepare shipment details Prepare shipment details

Prepare the pickup address in China, full destination address, contacts, product name, material, carton count and each carton’s weight in kg and dimensions in cm.

  • Enter measurements per carton. Use Quick fill only for identical cartons.
  • Add packing lists, certifications or purchase documents as requested by the form.
  • This form is for shipments of at least 25 chargeable kg. Ask staff first for smaller shipments.

Prepare origin and destination addresses, contact details, product details and each box's measurements. Ask staff before arranging a shipment below 25 kg chargeable weight.

02

Request a quote Request a quote

Open Direct Forwarding, select + New Quote Request. Enter the title, parcel details, shipping preferences, pickup and destination addresses, product details and notes, then submit.

Your request awaits a quote. Shipping preferences help staff prepare a plan; they do not book a carrier.

Submit your shipment details using “New Quote Request”. Staff will review the request and provide a quote.

03

Review and confirm quote Review and confirm

Review the unit rate, estimated chargeable weight, total, surcharges and staff notes. To accept, select Confirm; to decline, select Cancel, or discuss it through Chat first.

Confirmation creates a pickup record; no duplicate submission or immediate payment is needed. Estimated pickup dates are not carrier commitments. Confirm the schedule with staff.

Review all charges and notes before confirming. Confirmation creates a Pick Up record; it does not automatically charge your balance or book a carrier.

04

Arrange pickup and settle freight Pick up and payment

In Pickup view scheduling and pickup progress. Staff verify chargeable weight and freight, check the customer, shipment and amount, then confirm the charge.

  • Charges are deducted from your balance and recorded. Open Finance to check amounts and balance.
  • The same freight cannot be charged twice, including repeated clicks or submissions.
  • Insufficient funds may create a negative balance. Please top up.

Follow pickup progress and keep your balance funded. Freight is settled once per shipment and recorded in Finance. An insufficient balance may become a negative balance.

05

View carrier tracking Track your shipment

Once staff mark it in transit, the shipment moves to In transit. If no tracking number is available, wait for staff to add or update it.

After staff add the main and child tracking numbers, use Track with 17TRACK. You can also open 17TRACK from the homepage and paste the tracking number.

Quote references are not tracking numbers. Use the carrier’s tracking number on 17TRACK; new numbers may take time to show events. This system does not automatically sync tracking or delivery status from 17TRACK.

Once staff marks the shipment In Transit, use its carrier tracking number with 17TRACK. Tracking numbers and delivery status are maintained manually here.

06

Confirm delivery and keep the record Mark received

After delivery, you or staff can select Mark delivered. The record remains under Received, with tracking and Chat still available.

If marked by mistake or still in transit, select Move back to In transit. These status changes do not charge your balance or change inventory.

Both sides can mark a shipment Received or move it back to In Transit. These status changes do not charge your account or change inventory.

Need help? Quick answers

No tracking number yet?

Use the shipment’s Chat button to ask staff for tracking. Do not use the quote reference as a tracking number.

Billing or service issue?

Check Finance first. Use Chat for shipment conversations. For billing, shipping or complaints needing separate follow-up, submit a Support ticket with the shipment number.

Still listed under Pickup?

Staff must mark the shipment in transit. Paying freight does not automatically create a carrier tracking number.

Does Direct Forwarding incur storage fees?

This service does not enter our warehouse and has no warehouse storage fees. Forwarding and Fulfillment have their own storage rules.
