Charged for each confirmed receipt using the actual quantity added to stock. Pre-alerts are free advance notices; estimated quantities are not billed.

Receiving fee = CNY 2.50 + received pieces × CNY 0.10 + max(actual kg, total cm³ ÷ 6000) × CNY 0.10
Includes counting and basic quality checks. Total weight and volume use SKU unit measurements × received quantity. The total is rounded to cents.

Example: 10 pieces received, 10 kg actual weight, 90,000 cm³ total volume
Volumetric weight is 90,000 ÷ 6000 = 15 kg, greater than actual weight, so 15 kg is charged.
¥2.50 + 10 × ¥0.10 + 15 × ¥0.10 = Receiving fee ¥5.00

Receiving confirmation deducts the fee and creates a transaction. Insufficient funds create a negative balance. Goods held for arrival issues are charged separately only when actually received into stock.

Order fulfillment fee

Select & ship calculates the fulfillment fee from the products and quantities in this shipment.

Fulfillment fee = fixed shipment fee + SKU count × 0.25 + pieces × 0.10 + chargeable kg × 0.50
The service-fee volumetric divisor is 6000; the carrier may use a different divisor.

Example: 2 SKUs, 10 and 2 pieces, 3 chargeable kg
Shipment CNY 1.00 + SKUs CNY 0.50 + pieces CNY 1.20 + weight CNY 1.50

Only goods for the same customer, specification category and cargo type can ship together. Sufficient stock is required.
Confirmation immediately deducts freight and service fees as two transactions and records each SKU’s stock reduction.
Insufficient funds may create a negative balance. Please top up promptly.

Interception & returns

Forwarding · International forwarding

Pre-alert parcels sent by you or request pickup. After arrival, request measuring, consolidation or splitting, then choose onward shipping.

Request a pickup	¥15 / shipment	Charged when requesting pickup. One request is one shipment, regardless of parcel count. This does not apply to self-sent parcel pre-alerts.
Domestic pickup freight	Based on province, actual chargeable weight and service	The application quote is an estimate. Staff confirm actual chargeable weight and freight after arrival, deduct it and create a transaction. This is separate from the CNY 15 pickup service fee.
Request measurement	¥1.00 / waybill	Charged on measurement request, without duplication for an existing task. Measurement of new consolidated or split shipments is included in those processes.
Consolidate parcels	Weight fee + piece fee	Weight fee: total chargeable kg before consolidation, rounded up to whole kg × CNY 0.25. Piece fee: original parcel count × CNY 0.25.
Split parcels	Weight fee + piece fee	For each original shipment: total chargeable kg rounded up × CNY 0.25, plus resulting parcels × CNY 0.25. Fees for multiple shipments are added together.
International freight	Based on the selected shipping quote	Final freight is confirmed for dispatch after staff verify measurements and shipping details.

Chargeable weight for consolidation / splitting:For each parcel, use max(actual kg, length × width × height in cm ÷ 8000), then total and round up as described above.
These are consolidation / splitting weight rules. International freight uses the carrier’s own rules.

Consolidation example

Two parcels with chargeable weights of 2 kg and 3 kg:
5 × ¥0.25 + 2 × ¥0.25 = ¥1.75

Splitting example

One original shipment of 7 chargeable kg, split into two parcels:
7 × ¥0.25 + 2 × ¥0.25 = ¥2.25

Measuring, consolidation, splitting and forwarding dispatch require sufficient funds. Pickup service and actual domestic freight may create a negative balance. Please top up in advance.

Direct Forwarding · Direct shipping

Goods in Direct Forwarding do not enter our warehouse, so no warehouse storage fees apply.

1 · Submit shipment detailsProvide cargo type, parcel count, measurements, pickup and destination addresses, and shipping requirements.

2 · Staff quote each shipmentReview total price, unit rate, estimated chargeable weight and extra fees. Special charges follow the confirmed details for that shipment.

3 · Confirm and payConfirming a quote creates a pickup record without charging your balance. The confirmed freight is settled later and recorded in Finance.

Storage fees · Forwarding and Fulfillment only

Receiving day is day 1. The first 90 days are free; charges start on day 91. Settlement is daily at 12:00 China Standard Time. Billable stock is combined per customer, so the two services are not rounded up separately.

Forwarding: storage cycle per shipment

Storage begins for received parcels with complete measurements. Billing pauses during consolidation or splitting. After the new shipment is measured and received, its 90-day free period restarts from day 1. Storage billing stops once shipping freight is successfully charged to the customer.

Fulfillment: remaining stock by batch

Each received batch has its own start date and uses unit weight and dimensions. Dispatch is first-in, first-out and reduces billable units. New batches do not reset older batches’ free periods.

Storage charges may create a negative balance and outstanding debt. The same charge appears in Storage Fees and Finance. Stock with incomplete weight, dimensions or receipt dates is excluded; other eligible stock is billed normally.

Freight, insurance and payment details

The calculator shows customer shipping rates. Results depend on destination, service, postal code, cargo type and chargeable weight. Enter a postal code for destinations that require it, including the US.
Freight insurance, goods insurance, surcharges and duties follow the selected service and quote. Without a goods value, goods insurance is not included. Check the breakdown before submitting.
Requesting a quote does not charge your balance. Paid actions such as pickup, measurement, consolidation, splitting, dispatch and interception follow their respective service rules.
The 95% freight refund applies only to staff-confirmed successful Fulfillment interceptions. It is not a general refund promise for other services.
Contact staff first about special packing, extra work or quote disputes. Account holders can submit finance or shipping issues through Support tickets.
