How do I check whether a delivery address is in a remote area?

Select the destination and enter the full delivery postcode, including any leading zero. If the address has no postcode, try the city. Choose the carrier you plan to use: two carriers can classify the same address differently.

A remote result flags a possible delivery surcharge; it does not give the fee. An unconfirmed result does not mean delivery is surcharge-free. Before booking, ask us to check the full address and service with the carrier and confirm the charge.
