China Warehousing & Ecommerce Fulfillment
Store SKU inventory in China, track actual warehouse receipts, and prepare customer orders for international delivery.
For online sellers and businesses shipping from stock held in China.
Model one customer order using its SKUs and quantities. Add receiving and storage where applicable, then compare outbound freight to the customer’s address. Repeat for a different order size.
How it works
Create your SKU
Create a Warehouse ID and SKU with product details and a reference photo. An optional inbound notice helps the warehouse prepare; it does not add stock.
Receive and check stock
Staff record the quantity actually received, weight, dimensions and arrival photos. Inbound receiving includes quantity counting and basic quality checks. Discrepancies can be handled separately.
Select and ship
Choose the quantities to send, enter the destination and customs declaration, compare available shipping options, and submit the shipment. Track inventory and shipment progress in your account.
Common questions
How is the inbound receiving fee calculated?
Each receipt costs CNY 2.50 plus CNY 0.10 per unit actually received, plus CNY 0.10 per chargeable kilogram. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and total volume in cubic centimetres divided by 6000. This includes quantity counting and basic quality checks.
Does an inbound notice have to match the delivery exactly?
No. An inbound notice is an advance notification. Stock and receiving fees are based on the actual receipt recorded by warehouse staff.
Are receiving, storage and shipping the same fee?
No. Receiving, storage, fulfillment handling and carrier freight are separate items. Review the published fee pages and the shipping quote before submitting a shipment.
