Loading considerations
Check the rear door opening and the largest carton. Keep upright or fragile items clearly marked.
From a few cartons to a larger warehouse handover, compare our 10 configured Huolala vehicle types and prepare your load before arranging collection.
Compact loads and boxed samples.
A few small cartons, boxed samples or compact supplier pickups.
Check the rear door opening and the largest carton. Keep upright or fragile items clearly marked.
Several cartons or a small consolidated collection from suppliers.
Check the length of the longest package and whether items can be stacked safely.
Larger cartons and warehouse collections.
A larger batch of cartons or light, bulky packed goods.
Confirm loading access and whether a pallet can pass through the actual door opening.
Warehouse collection or handover of several larger packages.
Tell our team whether you need a tail lift or loading equipment; these are not guaranteed by the vehicle class.
Bulk goods and consolidated warehouse handovers.
Consolidated cartons or a larger domestic warehouse transfer.
Check loading-bay height, parking space and how goods will be secured during transport.
Bulk stock and larger consolidated warehouse loads.
Confirm forklift access, load distribution and any delivery-site entry restrictions.
Higher-volume stock transfers with suitable site access.
Plan safe loading order and unloading access, especially for multiple pallets or non-stackable goods.
Substantial warehouse transfers and consolidated domestic loads.
Confirm truck access, turning space and equipment at both collection and delivery points.
Large planned loads between suitable warehouse or industrial sites.
Check long-vehicle access, loading-bay availability and unloading arrangements before booking.
Very large planned handovers requiring suitable sites and route confirmation.
Provide the full load plan and site restrictions. Actual vehicle body, lawful load and route acceptance need individual confirmation.
A larger volume alone does not make a load suitable. Check each of these together.
Use the outside dimensions after packing. Include pallets, protective frames and anything that extends beyond the carton.
Provide total actual weight, package count and total packed volume. Our current vehicle selection keeps volume within 80% of the reference capacity.
Tell us about gates, parking height, ramps, lifts, loading bays and unloading equipment. Door openings can be smaller than the cargo space.
Provide the full mainland China address and six-digit postcode. Our team confirms the route, available vehicle, goods and loading arrangement before dispatch.
It does not promise that every vehicle is available in every city or on every route. Refrigerated vehicles, flatbeds and other specialist options are not included in this list. Ask our team about special requirements.
Payload and dimensions are reference figures, not permission to exceed a particular vehicle’s registered load. Actual capacity, safe loading, door clearance and carrier acceptance must be confirmed.
Published volume and rounded dimensions may not multiply to exactly the same figure. The planning allowance leaves loading space; it does not guarantee that irregular or non-stackable goods will fit.
Send package count, packed dimensions, total weight, pickup and delivery details, plus any pallet or access requirements. We will help confirm a suitable arrangement.
