Welcome to From China Hub. Here is how to use international parcel forwarding and warehouse fulfillment, all in one place.

01 · Set up your account
First, apply for a free account. Once approved, find your Client ID and warehouse shipping details in your dashboard. Label goods with your account identification.

02 · Tell us what is arriving
For forwarding, ask your seller to send parcels to our China warehouse. Create a parcel pre-alert and add the domestic tracking number.

03 · Review and prepare
After arrival, review your parcels and receiving photos. Request measurement, consolidation, or splitting when needed, and check the service fee before submitting.

04 · Choose and ship
Add the destination address and accurate product declarations. Compare available shipping services, review the costs, then confirm and pay. Follow progress in your account.

Fulfillment · Ship from stock
Selling products regularly? Choose fulfillment. This keeps stock organized by product, so you can send selected quantities whenever you receive an order.

01 · Add products and notify us
Create a Warehouse ID for each product or variant. Add its SKU, photo, weight, and dimensions, then submit an inbound notice.

02 · Confirm actual stock
Our team checks and counts arriving goods. Available inventory updates after staff confirms receiving. Review quantities, receiving records, and any reported issues.

03 · Select and ship out
To ship an order, select products and quantities, enter your customer's address, and review the service and fees. Our team prepares the shipment.
